Processing & Delivery Time: Because our Pole Pads are hand-made in the USA, we request 5-10 business days for processing and shipping an order. If you require express delivery, contact us and we will make arrangements to get your order to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. All shipment confirmation notices are sent via email. Methods of Payment: We use the Safe & Secure Pay Pal System to process all on-line transactions. We also accept Checks, Money Orders, & Purchase Orders. We accept all Quote Requests. Warranty/Guarantee: Pad Solutions will make exchanges for order errors & defective products. We do not charge Restocking Fees. Returns must be within 30 Day Warranty Period (from date delivered) in original condition. Simply ship the items back to us along with your receipt/ order confirmation. Pad Solutions will cover shipping cost of returned defective items only. **Excludes order errors. Materials/Installation: Our Safety Pole Pads are constructed with high quality 1” thick compressed foam padding that is covered with durable(100% woven), all-weather polyester fabric that is UV, mildew & fade resistant. Threading (UV protected) & Velcro are also high quality, durable, weather resistant materials. Our Safety Pole Pads are easy to install: Simply wrap the Pole Pad around the selected pole or column, and fasten with the 2” wide Velcro strip that runs the full length of the Pole Pad. It’s as simple as that. |

Pad Solutions stands behind our product; if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We will be happy to give a “Hassel Free Refund” within the 30 day warranty period. A copy of your receipt/order confirmation is required.
